Program Participation & Campus Activities: I give permission for my child to participate in all standard classroom, hands-on, and campus activities associated with the Pre-Apprenticeship Program at Manor College.
Transportation: I authorize my child to travel to and from the program via campus-approved transportation (such as shuttles or buses) for any scheduled program field trips or off-site activities.
Meals & Dining: I give permission for my child to be provided with and consume meals, snacks, or refreshments provided by the program or campus dining services. (Please note any severe food allergies below).
Media & Photo Release: I grant Manor College permission to take photographs or video footage of my child during the program. I understand these may be used for promotional materials, social media, program reports, and community outreach.
General Health & Safety: I understand that while Manor College provides a supervised and supportive environment, participants are expected to follow campus safety rules. In the event of a medical emergency, the college will make every effort to contact me immediately while ensuring my child receives necessary care.
